Rad Scrap 1

If you know me, then you know much of my art is made from scraps of things I’ve found in the streets of my city.

I’m also constantly taking photos of interesting textures that end up in my digital work. Recently though, while working on a series of physical art pieces, I wished I could use some of the digital textures in my work.

When I printed them out of my junky home printer though, I was dissatisfied with the quality. I thought about taking them to my local copy shop to get printed, but then I thought, “Why don’t I make a book instead.”

Now if you prefer the same, boring, traditional (ahem, old-fashioned) scrapbook pages, then this book isn’t for you. However, if you like your pages to be a bit more grit, a little dirty, and with a dash of punk rock, then you’ll enjoy Rad Scrap, but don’t show this to your grandma, unless she’s got tattoos. Then she’s cool.
