Learn to Love

Countless times in my life as a creative, I have pivoted in new directions, and each time I did, I made some grand proclamation. What I finally learned this year is to stop making announcements about where I'm headed, and instead, just go do the things. I no longer will explain my actions to others, because I'm too busy breaking new ground around me.
