My son and I spent the weekend at my parents house in the California desert. I should have been working, but the break was much more necessary, and I came to some pretty profound realizations while out there. Maybe it's the clean air that let my brain breathe. Today, I start out talking about love, and how it took me years to find the one person who actually understood what I was about. I know that sounds cheesy, and cliché, but hey, that's my life.
